Who we are?
Cinderella’s Day is a wedding planning company based in Budapest, Hungary, offering comprehensive wedding and event planning services all over Hungary. In the last 10 years we organized over 140 weddings, from the smallest to the biggest ones, in Budapest and at the countryside.
Wedding in Hungary
Hungary is a more and more popular location for destination weddings. The UNESCO World Heritage sites, the wonderful view at the Danube, the spas, the good local food high-quality services convince more and more couples to choose Hungary as the place of their wedding. Beside Budapest the country-side offers also wide-range options, Lake Balaton with the wineries, wonderful castles with their relaxing neighbourhood, traditional places at the „puszta” can offer alternative options for couples.

All Inclusive Wedding Planning
With our All Inclusive Wedding Planning service we assist you throughout the entire planning process and the wedding from the first idea until the flawless execution. Every detail of your wedding is made to meet your highest expectations. We provide the uniqueness and irreproducibility of your wedding day with our creative and innovative ideas based on your needs – every little detail is important for us and nothing is impossible.
We take care and coordinate all the details, even the smallest, so you have just to choose the service providers you would like to contract for your wedding and meet them if you want.
With our professional and exclusive service you can avoid all the stress, and time you would waste for searching the most reliable vendors. We coordinate all the details, we will write you a detailled timeline, and we keep track on your payments. Before the wedding and on the day we inform the service providers when and what to do, so everybody will know when and what happens. On the day of your wedding we are there from the preparation (making the decoration, tables, DJs arrival, etc.) until the last guest leaves and we make sure that everything is running as smoothly as planned. During the wedding planning process, we are available via Skype and e-mails and in person if you are in Budapest and we can discuss all the details about your wedding and you can get all the answers for your questions. We will discuss the exact timeline before the wedding with you, so you can make sure you will know when and what happens, and we will be at your side the whole day.

Coordinate and schedule all meeting with vendors (Skype appointments if needed)
Contract and pricing negotiating
Booking all vendors
Place order for any rental items (chairs, linens, lounge furniture, dance floor, etc.)
Assistance with selection of seating plan and seating cards

Be the first at the venue to greet vendors and receive all deliveries

Oversee proper vendor set-up and design of ceremony and reception areas
Making sure and remembering the musicians that they know at what time and what to play
Line up the Bridal Party to make sure everybody will walk down the aisle in the appropriate order
Proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, guests books, pens, candles, programs, menu cards, table names/numbers, toasting glasses, cake serving set, etc.
Working with band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance and Cake Cutting
Keep an eye on the timeline and keep things running as scheduled during the day
Act as behind-the-scenes manager
